I can barely read any Saterland Frisian, I really should put some time into learning it, but could you please write that in English? Sorry --Mikewazhere 00:01, 1. Sep 2009 (UTC)[Beantworten]
Well, then it's marvellous you made such a nice translation! So you must be able to read Groningian! And about learning, there is a fast course from English to Sater Frisian. --Pyt 07:33, 1. Sep 2009 (UTC)[Beantworten]
The translation was not my own. It is from the link I posted at the end of the article. I simply copied and pasted the text. And I know of your course, I'm just busy learning French and Spanish right now.--Mikewazhere 21:59, 1. Sep 2009 (UTC)[Beantworten]

Hi, is the word 'haat' the correct translation of the word 'heart'? As someone from Groningen near the Frisian border I know that the Westfrisian word 'haad' means 'head'. 94.212.0.56 11:46, 30. Aug 2010 (UTC)[Beantworten]

In Saterfrisian the development of many vowels is quite different from that in Westfrisian. Wfr. haad < haud < hawid (> sfr. Haud), whereas sfr. Haat < Hart (see Luudgeschichte). --Pyt 14:22, 30. Aug 2010 (UTC)[Beantworten]
Oke, dat docht ik al, mar ik bin it Westerlauwersk gewoan en dan is it swierich om oer te stappen nei in oare Fryske taal dy't him krek oars ûntwikkeld hat as it Westerlauwerske. 94.212.0.56 18:31, 5. Sep 2010 (UTC)[Beantworten]
